- Union dues are 1.2% of a member’s gross wages of pay per month.
- Union dues can be as much as $85 a month.
- According to PASNAP bylaws, there are monthly dues cap increases scheduled for the next few years:
- July 2025 – $20 increase
- 2027 – $20 increase
- 2029 – $20 increase
- The monthly cap will then increase moving forward by $10 annually for all members.
